Our swimming sessions are designed for children of all abilities, from nervous new starters and those who fancy trying out something new, to children serious about taking their swimming to the next level. If you swim with us weekly, you can book your swimmer straight onto the course in their current level. If you’re new to Sports Nut, sign up for a taster session and see which Sports Nut level suits your swimmer best.

Small Groups,
Big Progress
From years of experience, we know that smaller group sizes result in faster progress for our swimmers! That’s why our Level 1&2 classes have a maximum of 4 swimmers and all of our other classes have a maximum of 6 swimmers.
Unique Award Scheme
We designed our own Swim Award Scheme based on a series of fun challenges. Challenges for Level 1 up to Level 8 swimmers focus on mastering key skills & techniques. We also include important open water safety challenges in every level!

Holiday Swimming Crash Courses
All of our swimming crash courses are held at Godstowe School in High Wycombe.
Our crash courses run every weekday during most half-terms, and on selected dates during the Easter, Summer & Christmas school holidays.
