Those who choose to access this website do so at their own risk and on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, to the extent any local laws are applicable.
Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use must be in writing signed by SN to be valid. A waiver of any provision hereunder shall not operate as a waiver of any other provision, or a continuing waiver of the same provision in the future. If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms to be void or unenforceable for any reason then such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the court's finding without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms and Conditions of Use represent the entire understanding and agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and supersede any and all prior statements, understandings or agreements whether oral or written, and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by you and SN.
SN cannot accept liability for any injury caused whilst travelling to/from our coaching/education programmes, or any injuries that may occur whilst participating in one of our coaching/education programmes.
SN cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings while attending one of, or travelling to/from one of our coaching/education programmes.
Due to the popularity of our events, many of them are oversubscribed. It is therefore important to realize that for safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on one of our coaching/education programmes to those booking in advance.
SN operates a daily registration and de-registration policy. We only allow children to leave one of our coaching/education programmes with a suitable parent/guardian unless otherwise informed in writing.
Any medical conditions that a participant may have must be fully disclosed to SN on the booking form. If required, additional information regarding a participants medical conditions should be supplied in writing, on a separate sheet, along with the booking form.
In the unlikely event that a child is injured on one of our events, parental consent is given to SN to administer emergency aid treatment where necessary or to transfer the child to hospital if deemed necessary. In this event, all attempts to contact parents will be made using the contact numbers provided.
In the event of poor weather, all SN events have suitable indoor areas to change, meet and eat lunch in and suitable activities will be organised whilst under the care of SN staff.
Permission is given to SN to use any photographs or video film taken on one of our coaching/education programmes which may involve your child for future promotional material.
SN operates a no-refund policy. However, in the unlikely event that SN has to cancel a coaching/education programme for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Participants are required to bring a packed lunch, plenty of fluids, suitable clothing for the conditions and a towel. For safety reasons it is compulsory to wear shin pads. Football boots are recommended, though are not essential.
If you book on-line you will receive automatic confirmation of your booking which is valid if places are available on the coaching/education programme.
If you book by post, we will only be able to confirm your place in writing if a SAE is enclosed.
Booking is deemed acceptance to these term.
